Refund Policy

  • While we are so sad to hear that you aren't in love with your purchase, but we do have a few options for you!

  • Unfortunately, merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  • If you have not used your product yet, you may return the product minus shipping costs, exchange it for another Tide & Country product or store credit to be used in the future towards anything we make and sell.

  • Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date.

  • All returns packages should be insured. There will be no refunds on items damaged in shipping. You must file a claim with the carrier.

  • We do not reimburse shipping costs.

  • Please contact us right away (via phone or email) if you are not happy with your purchase so that we can send you a return authorization form and start getting to work on your new product.
